Meet our founder, Andreas Pretorius

With industry experience spanning over 20 years, Andreas Pretorius has held positions at some of the largest financial services companies in the United Kingdom and Portugal. As a professional financial advisor, Andreas relies on his extensive business experience, strategic financial planning and expert advice to craft a plan that allows you to pursue every opportunity to secure your future.
With a family office mindset, a service excellence approach and hundreds of client success stories, Andreas is best placed to partner you in your wealth management goals.
Originally from South Africa, Andreas emigrated to the UK in 2005 where he built a successful wealth management business serving over 450 clients. In 2021 wanting to afford his children the outdoor life he experienced as a child in South Africa he made the move to Portugal and fell in with love the people, culture and climate of this country. As a father to two wonderful and energetic children who keep him on his toes, he also enjoys golf, physical training, surfing and travelling.
Andreas holds the advanced level 4 Chartered Insurance Institute diploma and is in the process of completing Leve 6 Chartered Financial planner.
As founder of Pretorius Wealth Solutions, Andreas is committed to providing expert financial advice, guidance and support to other families wanting to make the move to Portugal.

Lindsay supports the overall client experience at Pretorius Wealth Solutions ensuring that client excellence remains pivotal to how we deliver our solutions as well as leading our financial coaching and behavioural finance initiatives.
Lindsay spent 10 years as a strategy and change management consultant working closely with business leaders, teams and individuals to navigate tough periods of organisational change. Managing large scale project teams with large budgets and tight timescales across many industries and sectors in business strategy, performance management, organisational culture, leadership development and business process design.
Over the years she was drawn back to working in the mental health arena, running a successful coaching and therapy practice supporting clients to overcome challenging situations by coming back into a place of resilience and strength.
A mother of two beautiful children she enjoys spending quality time with her family, doing hiking and nature trails, animal welfare, sea kayaking and personal development.
We are supported by a strong and efficient administration and compliance team through our Network OpesFidelio. Our focus is on a seamless and professional delivery of all our work and our administration teams makes this a reality.
